I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and I also recognize that navigating the complex layers of our experiences sometimes requires the support of a professional who can help uncover patterns, clarify insight, and identify meaningful solutions. My approach is grounded in a solution-focused lens, drawing from Polyvagal Theory and Somatic-Based Therapy, Response-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) including Exposure and Response Based (ERP) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy .
I practice from a trauma-informed framework and have experience supporting individuals with a wide range of trauma histories, including PTSD and C-PTSD as well as religious trauma and religious deconstruction (de-identification). I am an ally and work with many members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, as well as individuals living with neurodivergence and chronic illness. My practice includes supporting the psychological, emotional, and relational changes that arise during major life transitions, such as perimenopause and menopause.
